Refunds and Returns Policy

At Apex Peptides & Research USA, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below to determine your eligibility for a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To qualify for a return:
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • The item must be in its original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Needles & Syringes
  • Opened Vials
  • Opended Pepetides
  • Any item containing liquid

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 72 hours. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank for further details on processing times.
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please email us at info@apexpep.com.

4. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not do exchanges as it's easier to refund your money and then have you purchase the product you want.

6. Shipping Returns

  • To return a product, contact us for our current mailing address.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Tracking and Insurance:
    • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
